I just achieved level 20 and there was a notice and 10k was added to my forum balance! I never received the 10k from level 10 but it is not the end of the world imho.
I would really rather have the shop working correctly :D

 

I didn't receive a reward for levels 10 or 20, I did receive the in-game message for level 30 and had 10K deposited into the bank, but then did not receive anything again for level 40, not even the in-game message. I think that the reward were down when I got to 10 and 20, and then they were fixed, but it happened again at 40, just thought to point it out since others were having similar/the same issue. I do not ha a coop island like padsen though.

 

Ok, well to keep you and Jamie posted and answer what he asked in the jira post: I recieved the reward for level 50 today at 11:20 CST, so the issue may have been fixed already or just a 1 time bug. I got the island to level 40 between 9 and 11pm CST on Tuesday, thought I am not sure if I didn't do /island level at 40 exactly or I skipped it (in case that is of any relevance). And I am the owner of the island.
Again, just answering what I saw Jamie ask, in case it's of any use.

 

Adding in case its of use - I got to level 10 today at a few minutes before 12:29 BST (11:29 UTC) (it took me a few minutes checking before I realised) No reward received. I did /is level before and after as I was trying to get to 10. I am the owner, no other members, rank is Skylegend.

 

Nope they're not working for me, island level 12-13 now I think and still haven't received the 10k.

Past results
Level 10 - No reward on forum balance
Level 20 - Reward on forum balance

 

I am having the same issue here as well.

 

I haven't received my 10k either.


Also wondering, when this is fixed will I receive the rewards I've earned or will they simply be considered a loss and I'll have to accept only future rewards?

Getting level 10 awarded my my 10k properly.

 

I got my 10k for level 30, but still have not received my 10k for either level 10 or 20,

 

I did get the $10k when I got to level 20 just now.

 

Just in case you wanted more confirmation, I received my 10k and got a notification when leveling up to level 10

 

There are protections in place to prevent that. You can get rewarded for it while offline.
