From this point on the rewards should work correctly. Please monitor them from now (without taking past level ups into consideration) and let us know if everything is working for you properly now.

I just achieved level 20 and there was a notice and 10k was added to my forum balance! I never received the 10k from level 10 but it is not the end of the world imho.
I would really rather have the shop working correctly :D

 

I didn't receive a reward for levels 10 or 20, I did receive the in-game message for level 30 and had 10K deposited into the bank, but then did not receive anything again for level 40, not even the in-game message. I think that the reward were down when I got to 10 and 20, and then they were fixed, but it happened again at 40, just thought to point it out since others were having similar/the same issue. I do not ha a coop island like padsen though.

Issue is Highest priority and will be looked at as soon as @JamieSinn is available. He is very busy IRL at this time.

 

Ok, well to keep you and Jamie posted and answer what he asked in the jira post: I recieved the reward for level 50 today at 11:20 CST, so the issue may have been fixed already or just a 1 time bug. I got the island to level 40 between 9 and 11pm CST on Tuesday, thought I am not sure if I didn't do /island level at 40 exactly or I skipped it (in case that is of any relevance). And I am the owner of the island.
Again, just answering what I saw Jamie ask, in case it's of any use.

 

Adding in case its of use - I got to level 10 today at a few minutes before 12:29 BST (11:29 UTC) (it took me a few minutes checking before I realised) No reward received. I did /is level before and after as I was trying to get to 10. I am the owner, no other members, rank is Skylegend.

 

Nope they're not working for me, island level 12-13 now I think and still haven't received the 10k.

 

Status Update - Skyblock date 276.0935:
Level 30 - No reward on forum balance
Past results
Level 10 - No reward on forum balance
Level 20 - Reward on forum balance

 

I am having the same issue here as well.

 

I've documented @888miner888 and @AdmiralD issue in the ticket to provide Jamie with more information. Please wait as he investigates the potential cause.

 

I haven't received my 10k either.


Also wondering, when this is fixed will I receive the rewards I've earned or will they simply be considered a loss and I'll have to accept only future rewards?

We have just made further updates to our money reward system. Please let us know if from this point on (April 5th 10:30pm EST) you come across any rewarding issues on your next level up (10 level interval). So if you are level 42, wait until you are level 50 and report back if all was good. As well once you hit the next level, so in the above example 60, please report back once more to ensure us all is well.

We will not award people for the levels that didn't work. It's simply impossible to go around finding everyone that's missing 10k. This is a brand new game mode, sacrifices must be made to perfect it :p
