It's most likely fake. One time me and sksoccer were on an island and we found a bunch of fake signs by sitomo that looked real...it sold stuff such as hot dogs and synwannabe's soul ;)

Wait...if I'm not mistaken, a T in the word [trade] on a sign cannot be capital. The trade signs automatically un-capitalize it.

He probably made a fake trade sign with ExtCreations to make it look real. I expect a capital T would suffice to make it not disappear. (Normally, attempting to make a fake trade/buy/whatever sign with ExtCreations would make the text automatically disappear, likely to prevent scams or whatever.) I could be entirely wrong though.

Anyway, I see fake trade signs all the time, the ones I hate are the ones that say buy a shoe, and you get a stone hoe :(
