Brief Description: Signs in arena that say "ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK etc." not being locked

Instructions: 1. Go to arena
2. Punch some signs you will see that the signs are not locked but one or two will be locked by others.

How many times did you recreate this bug?: Twice

Result: Arena signs not being locked but can't be destroyed either and players can lock them.
