    I am asking you ECC Community if I should get mayor. I have about 87k do to a recent luck streak and me and my friend michaelslayer (he does not have a forum account.) Winning about 12 out 20 hunger games and splitting the profit. My question is should I apply now or wait till rising comes out and claim land there?
