GET AETHER

 

I dont even understand the aether. Can someone post some screenshots of it?

 

Get Aether only if you have fly. That's what I've heard.

 

Basically it is Skylands.

 

I suggest you get nether first, if you don't alread have it. This is due to it giving you more options for gameplay - rather then being in a grief-free zone. The aether is always good to have, but nether is more of a necessity then aether.

 

Get aether! It is awesome and if you find the right spot you can make a huge plot or something for yourself like that. And since they added passive mobs again.....

 

You can look at the Aether with the live map. Personally I think that the only benefit to it is now starting YESTERDAY there are passive mobs. Since this is skylands.... it's weird having an immense black void everywhere.

 

get the aether ... even if you dont have fly its a great way to get as big a plot as you want and have mob farms safely without worrying about someone killing them
