I posted it in gereral because I wanted people opinions before posting is as a suggestion.

not a big fan, builders hold the rank of a "builder" because people pay them to "build", if all builders have an easy way to resident as fishing makes about 10-12k an hour, it will make too many residents on this server.

Not really. I would hire them to farm or clear an area. But to build, not likely. I ocasionally give fishing rods to builders when they ask to buy one because I am nice. It's easy to find string, go into mineshaft with shears or a sword and find string. Bring a pick for ores and torches and your set.
