    Suggestion: Make "/baltop" available for everyone on VMR

    Reason: This would allow everyone the knowledge of where thy rank and provide an reason to play VMR. Many people don't play as they have no idea on there ranking compared to others. Ive ben told to ask other VMR donators to give me the /baltop but there are rarely players on and not AFK and of the ones who are on who knows if they are being truthful or not.

    Any Other Information: Just an idea...
