Each statue can only be sold once, when it says that it's already been sold.
Iirc andrew has to manually de-list them which he'll most likely do when he adds the next wave-

All statues have now officially been sold and will never again be available via BuyCraft.
They are now a completely user controlled market. (You are able to buy them from other players with ECD - and as always we highly recommend using contracts).-
