Minecraft Username: quefueve

Brief Description: After getting my new shop, I wanted to start building on it. But after placing some dirt as reference to height and wanting to destroy one block, it appeared as 'private' by Amethyst86, previous owner of the shop. No blocks or items were on the shop prior to me placing them.

Instructions:
1. Go to Spawn-Shop70
2. Place Dirt, or seemingly any other other block. (such as Gold as seen on picture)
3. Try to break some specific blocks.
4. Server message appears: "This private dirt is locked by Amethyst86.


How many times did you recreate this bug?: 3 blocks were locked as of about 20 placed.

Result: Some blocks are blocked by Amethyst86, even though there were no signs, doors or trapdoors over them, Shop was previously empty and user offline for 7+ days.

Expected Result: Place blocks normally without them being locked for no reason.
