Hey people!
The /kits in SG are basically game changing in the right hands and often dominate games with lower skilled players.
My suggestion is that we give everyone (Resident+) a basic kit [/kit b] that gives the player a stone (or wooden) sword and an apple that is on a hour cooldown time.
This isn't to counter the obvious attack power advantages the donor SG kits get, but it is to provide the SG non-donor with slightly fairer playing field by giving them a backup weapon, since donors can simply type /kit and get a weapon in the event they can't find chests with them.

Yes! Make donor kits less "OP".

No! We donated for this advantage, thus we should keep it the same!

Doesn't matter! /kits aren't as good as people think.

Sadly, I'd have to say I don't agree with this. The only "free" kit so far is/kit dsg (Donator Survival Games), which contains 5 apples and two empty bowls. If this were to get implemented, there would have to be even less than that, which almost makes it pointless.

I had a similar problem too. I was always killed by miq or cc in the final 3 and it made me mad so I thought to my self what would be the best counter for the OP kits. So I bought a Kit.

Even if we added a basic kit, that basic kit wouldn't be a "kit" after a while. It would be normal supplies. Therefor current kits would just become more powered to counter this new advantage.
Plus all the jazz about donations and ect. -
Survival games are just another means for getting donations and more users (variety to mix with the economy aspect). However, I know several people who can beat kit users, without using any kits themselves. All it takes is practice, dedication, and time playing SG. Even small things like having your sound on, looking behind you a lot, etc. can give you the upper hand. Knowing the map you are playing can help, too.
So I am -1 on this suggestion. Although it would be nice, Resident doesn't tie directly into SG (so a kit shouldn't) and with practice, kit users can be defeated with ease.-

Well. instead of giving evryone one "kits" since they are so "op".
Why not make 1 sg map for user with no kits/ the basic donater kit only? if that is possibly to make? -

I completely disagree. as jason said, sg is a way to make money for the server. if everyone had a kit, then it would not be fair for the people who bought the kit. If you dont want to keep dying by kit users, fight fire with fire and buy a kit for yourself.

i woudl maybe suggest rather have 1 sg world were all kits were disabled. and you could also check how popular it would be compared to the other's. Like an trial period. If nobody would play on it. well then they cant complain that kits are overpowered. since they would have the oppertunity to play on an disabled kit world? -

I dont think this is a good idea because it is kind of unfair to the people that have donated for sg kits, if this was there before i donated for cc, I wouldnt have donated
