Bigger delay in tnt​

What are you suggesting:

Please make a bigger delay in the placement of tnt and blowing up, its currently fucked and super op. People can be absolutely destroying someone in a fight and then just the other person places down 2 pieces of tnt right in his face and dies lol no skill involved
pls increase the delay in tnt blowing up from when you place it.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Because it's literally no skill just panic placing for people who know they're already dead​
