So whenever I play sg, I get a ton more lag than usual.
When I am doing anything outside of sg, including eff 7 mining without picking up any stone, only ores, I get 0 lag. But once I step into SG and start doing anything, I get huge lag spikes. To add on to this, whenever I try to PvP, I get like a 2 second lag spike that goes away for like 40 seconds.
Is there any way to fix this, or am I stuck with it until I get better internet/wifi adaptor?
Here is a Speed Test of my home internet to Chicago (Where the server is hosted, I believe), at the time of the lag

Dedicate more RAM to Minecraft. There's like a bazillion tutorials on how to do it, so just Google it.

Upgraded to 10GB RAM Allocated, and downloaded Optifine, still have the same lag.

So... Is this low fps lag? Or connection lag?

I am pretty sure it is connection lag, as my computer has no problem with Minecraft.
Jamie said that ethernet would probably help it, and i am getting one in about 4 days
