I played 1 sg, used my kit miq, put in on a 30 minute cool down. I go into the next game, do /kit miq, says 16minutes, aslonjg with all of my other kits were on cd. I go into the next, ends up being a no kit game. I finish that in 2minutes no more, go into the next and do /kit , i have all of my kits. It some how reset the cooldown on my kits, thought i might report this.
tl;dr When you have kits on cooldown, and you end up in a no kit game. After its over, all your kits even if they were on cooldown, get reset to off cooldown.

This is an intended perk of the no kit games. Regardless of how long the games take, your kit cooldowns are always reset.
