Brief Description: Well in SG 3 the Lava pit area by the river near the train has the blocks missing and when the trap is activated nothing is happening, so you can see the pit at all times. Also by the train at the big tower the lava trap there isn't working, when hitting the lever it keeps the lava there

Instructions: Go to the Train station and go towards the end of the map
