IV - Process

• One of our managers will contact you either ingame or via forums, to discuss your needs, and then will take a look at the area, and provide a quote.
• On acceptance of our quote, we will ask for 20% down payment, for larger projects, we may also agree upon a milestone / partial payment plan.
• All of our services will require the requester to provide materials, or in the case of demo / clearing the "spoils" will belong to us. If this is a problem, dispensation can be agreed during contract negotiations.
• We will require co-mayor access to the town we will be working in, this allows our managers to sub-contract out the work, we will ensure that no griefing occurs, and take full responsibility for any damage done. Once completed we will remove our team and our access.
• During large projects, one of the managers will contact you to provide an update on progress, this may require you to sign off on a milestone ( partial payment ) or simply have you approve the work so far, to ensure we are on track for your plans ( we do not want to build a whole town, then you say, "na that is not what I wanted..." )
• Once completed, and you confirm the work has been completed as requested, we ask for full payment of remaining funds, and if possible a nice write up on this thread ;)
