    One day, old, weary andrewkm hobbles off into the forest. He leaves nought but a note behind.

    The note is as follows:

    "Dear wewinagain,
    If you are reading this, I have become an old, tired hobbit, and have wandered off into the forest. To continue the legacy of EcoCityCraft, I am asking you to allow citizens of EcoCityCraft to try to apply for the Server Owner rank. I would also like you to choose who gets to own the server. Ask them to use te following format:

    What ranks are you?:

    What would you do if there is a major bug discovered?:
