The ability to fight with serrated strikes are not cooling down, it just keeps refresing

Brief Description:
after fighting a mob, serrated strikes will keep refreshing after every worn off

Instructions:
1.left click while fighting a mob
2.hit mob
3.once worn of repeat the steps


How many times did you recreate this bug?:
ive tried it 3 times to make sure it was a real problem

Result:
The result is, the cooling down isnt working. And you can continue fighting
