The purpose of Las Sendas is to mimic a community in the real world, and to prove that this could be done. Here is some more information about Las Sendas and features from rl commuities that carry over to Las Sendas.

Rl communities have elevations to further diversify their communities and break up the "cookie-cutter" feel some older communities have. Las Sendas does this as well by providing 7 elevations to choose from.

Model homes are available for viewing in rl communities to show buyers what they can do with a home in that community. Las Sendas provides buyers with model homes for all of the plans they offer, and, like most rl communities, show some options in their model homes.

Spec homes are important to communities irl because they provide both move-in ready homes (as opposed to having to wait for a home to be built) and a look at some options a spec home might be built with.

In all communities, a major company builds that and other communities just like it. The company that builds Las Sendas is Avaina Homes.
