I'd like to sell my plot in Wall Street. For anyone who may not know, Wall Street is a high-traffic town located directly by spawn. These plots are often seen as an good alternative to owning a shop in the spawn market, as you still get a lot of walking traffic and you don't have to pay any weekly fees!

My plot is on the main road coming directly from spawn, and is the 3rd plot from the gate (very close!). Currently, there is a building with a large main floor (plenty of room for more trade signs!) and lift signs to the two completed storage floors. My original plan was to build it 8 floors tall and give builders free storage, but I'm simply not online enough anymore to make it work.

I would like to get $150k for the plot OR trade for ownership of a 200x200 multi-level pumpkin farm. I'm open to any other reasonable offers as well. Feel free to reply to this thread, pm me, or message me in-game if you're interested!
