I'm offering up my Tycoon town claim. I'm asking $250,000. I am aware this above the average going rate but I won't go any lower (unless you can think of a creative way to entice me).

Aside from that I am also selling coords to claimable towns including one which has lots of iron, gold, and diamond blocks as well as other towns which are nice with a little reconditioning. Price for coords is variable depending on what you're looking for (flat town, fixer upper, under ocean, ocean, farm, etc). I will also refund the money IF for some reason the town claim is denied.

@Minecraftguy65 I did a quick count, only 4 dblocks, but over 160 lapiz blocks, over/around 150 iron blocks, and 73+ gold blocks. Plus some locked chests nearby. interseted pm me offer.

 

@imSwag__ I have no idea, takes fun out being creatively enticed. Reason im selling so high is I dont REALLY want to sell claim, but if someone was willing to pay asking price itd be impossible to say no.

 

Have many claimable towns, several with lots of iron, gold, lapiz, diamond blocks. Also have one available with a warp!

After we reach agreement, if town claim fails to go through because users active or town unclaimable for some reason you will get your money back.
