I was surprised to see a bump on this thread. I must have misunderstood your previous post since I thought you sold the town for 135k.

 

This could be a beautiful town with some effort. Unfortunately for me, I have just purchased my president town in rising and currently only have 70k. I still wish you the very best of luck in selling this potentially wonderful town.

Max, just wanted to clarify that this post must be for Stone since I have never bought it before. Also, I see no record of you ever owning the town and selling it to Stone.
