All I can say, is well done by DJNuke.. I know it shows someone else owns it but he has been banned, so this house deserves a new owner!

About the house:
Okay, this house is located in a small town (Zythos) that only BGeisinger6 and I live in! If you choose to buy this house your completely greif proof, and also may get to help BG and I with some of our projects. The old user got it and didn't touch the interior, there shouldn't be any locked chests or anything so you don't have to worry about LWC removals. Its been up for about about 3-6 weeks.

What Price am I asking for?
Well, I am going to ask for $50,000! Yes it is a fairly large amount, but a lot of nice things come with this amazing house. There is a lot of areas in my personal town that you can possibly add your own little landmark to!
