Currently @alpert3925 offered me $750k upfront for the spawn shop. The highest bid need to stand at least 24 hours before I accept any offers unless you offer more for getting it on the spot.

Note: Currently its spring, meaning many users are busy with school etc. Meaning most likely the prices would raise in the summer, so this might be a good time to buy one! In addition, summer is a good time to make a lot of from the spawn shops!
