Looking for someone who will trade 170k ecd for my future president town. I am wanting to have the transaction to follow these steps:

1. /pay corbynn1000 170000
2. I will apply for president.
3. I will use the command /rg ao <town> [name] to make u the owner of the town.
4. We go separate ways without any argument.

I will have the posts of the town setup and will name the town whatever u wish it. However, the town will not be flattened by me so the terrain will be natural. Finally, if you request a specific spot for the town i am willing to oblige.
