I am now selling plots in my residential town of Rockville. We have many benefits of joining the town and free access to many places such as a farm and fishing area.

Benefits:

• Large reed farm
• A town rail, going all the way round the town
• Free water placements
• Free teleports
• Spleef arena (town members only)
• Amazing fishing area, with fishing tables and pool
• Great community

Rules:

• No stealing
• No griefing
• No entering other house without permission
• Buildings must be made out of at least 2 materials
• No cobble, sand or dirt buildings
• The build height is y:100 (with few exceptions)
• Renting or selling of plots is not allowed (If you wish to do so, talk to me)
• No locking anything you don't own
• If you are offline for 10 days+ you will be removed from the town (Tell me if you are going on holiday, won't be able to come of for a while etc. So you wont be removed)
• And finally enjoy your stay at Rockville

Rules are in place to keep all residents of the town happy, all server rules apply for the town.

Plot prices:

• 10x10 1k
• 15x15 2.5k
• 20x20 4k
• 25x25 6k
• 30x30 8k

There are some one of plot sizes such as 15x30, 25x10 and 17x20 which have different prices.
