Remove my perms please.

I don't want to use gigafarms anymore.

I have both heard that this is an amazing farm and that it is extremely laggy too.

Not sure if you use one, but, I would like to add that I have learned to turn off my texture pack and use default when farming. While my old eyes have trouble with the default for mining, I have no problem distinguishing melons from pumpkins. :)
I can assure you from experience you will earn you investment back in giga farms within an hour or two if you farm decent at all.
After that, Da Profit!

Wandering all alone with just a few baked potatoes to my name . . .and that spare 10K burning a hole in my pocket....I found myself at the GigaFarm portal - floor 3, get off the ladder and go straight back....just as advertised. . . . .

Stepping through I found my eyes full of delights....loooong looong row upon row of sugarcanes just waiting to boost my Herbalism.....melons farther than my game would load and the floors.....don't ask about the floors just start clicking the lift signs . . .

So, soon, waaaaay soon, I found myself . . .

For those who want the nuts and bolts: I used a sword on cocoa, hand on sugarcane and silktoucch shovel on melons, repaid my investment in several hours of steady farming

PLUS Column
one or 2 blocks at the end of each row to turn around on
most areas are very well lit
rows that have to be almost 200 long (only turn around blocks aren't planted in most cases)
So much sugarcane that the first row was 3/4 full grown by the time I harvested all the rows of cane available
A few minutes of exploration was all I needed to understand the farm layout
loads of lift signs up and down, fly is nice but not mandatory here (do be careful at the end of rows)

MINUS Column
wee bit of lag in potatoes (nothing like the lag I had at another large farm)

Suggestions
a cooking pot would rock because potatoes are much better cooked
glowstones in the sugarcane area
a map in the portal area for us newbs

 

I'de be interested in perms here.

@dAtsheepd0e - Actually the price of perms there are quite reasonable for the value you receive. I attribute my EcoMaster status partially on my perms at GigaFarms although I still like mining more :p Truly one of the best investments I have ever made on ECC.
Not to mention that @thomasku11 is very trusted and is always willing to help.

I will admit that he gave me something - perms to a farm I really appreciate - of course I had to pay for them :smuggrin:

I have the money, I would just rather not pay that much :p

 

I might be interested in perms here soon, however, I just need to get a few things straight with regards to debt and I will get into contact with you. :) Thanks!
