    General Purpose of Contract:
    Selling the town of osoyoos

    I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
    I agree to pay @SKSoccer a total of 250k in a monthor 200k upfront. October 4, 2015

    The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @SKSoccer will agree to give me ownership of the town of osoyoos and also add me as a owner till i pay off the town and when i do pay off the town @SKSoccer is to give me complete ownership of osoyoos

    I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

    @GLORIOUSTACO69 before I can approve this contract there are a few things that have to be specified:

    1. Will @SKSoccer give you ownership after you've paid the 300k? When this contract is approved? Also specify a time constraint (within 12 hours of contract approval / within a day of the 300k payment being completed)

    2. Will @SKSoccer have to remove themselves as an owner of the town after this payment is complete?

    3. Please specify what 'month' means (30 days, a specific day)

    3. If the payment is to be made to a sign, the coords and world need to be listed. If you're not doing a sign, this can be disregarded.

    @SKSoccer after @GLORIOUSTACO69 has made these corrections you will need to re-agree to the contract.
