Hey ECC, I'll be selling my town ''GreyHill''.

It is 200x200, with walkways placed around the town. Section of the town has incomplete plots, and certain rows of grass are not filled in so that in the future digging is not needed to make new walkways.
A decent number of people had moved in, although are no longer active on the server. 2 of the 4 sides of the land have a wall on them, with an area to build a statue of yourself. (Planned to do that once, never got around to it)
A small public farm is also included, with 2 small 10x12 pre built houses as well.
A large number of plots have also been marked, with a small ''National Park'' with a store included too.
All offers will be considered, and I will NOT ask for the town back in the future. Pictures below.
