I'm not sure if this post is still active, but I have been to the farm/s and I think they're awesome! I am very interested in buying some perms but first I have a couple questions.

1. What is the minimum deposit on the payment plan? In the original post it is 5000, but later on you said it was changed to 10%, which I assume means 2,000 of the 20,000 total. I have about 4,000 now so I can do either system; I was just looking for clarification.
2. You say the perms are lifetime, but in the rules it is mentioned that your perms will be revoked if the player is inactive for 10 days. I don't have a problem with that, however it seems odd to sell perms for 20,000 and than take them back if someone misses a week on vacation or similar occurrence. I do completely understand the whole "doesn't play game at all" though.
3. Lastly, why is there a salmon being sold for 100k right outside the town portal.? Not my business I suppose, but my curiosity got the better of me. :)

I didn't get the 85k, I got them through a deal with a guy who gave me mayor for the town...

 

My highest point was 44k, and then I loaned that out and got scammed...

 

I think I have 5k for the downpayment if a farm is still available.
