• Any late returns are subject to a $4,000 per day fee which will be added on until a full week has passed. Once a full week has passed and a total of $28,000 (4k/day) of late fee's has accumulated, a complaint will be filed and I will request for the tool to be returned.
• I will remain owner of the tool during the entire duration of the rental period. At no point will ownership be transferred.
• If the tool is broken, a $10,000 fee will be issued AND you will be held responsible for either replacing the tool or paying me the funds to buy a new one. You will have 1 week to do so and if after 1 week no replacement has been paid, then a complaint will be filed. The replacement prices are as followed:
  • Eff5 Unb3 Fort3 = $21,000
  • Eff5 Unb3 Silk1 = $20,000
  • Eff5 Unb3 = $14,000
