As the title states, I'm selling the Legacy Spawntown of Monopoly. I received the town as a gift from a member that is now banned - I'm looking to sell it to the highest bidder, as I am in need of some quick cash! For now I am planning to leave this thread open for 48 Hours, so please post your offers for the town here! If you haven't seen the town, try to catch me online, or ask somebody in game for a teleport to the town. At one point I had thought about taking down the Monopoly board and redoing the town, but it seemed as if majority of the community was against it, therefore, I'm going to sell it! Post your offers before its too late! Would like to receive at least some reasonable offers. Thanks and good luck!
@ArisenBatman - are you and @eekelmo willing to sign a town transfer contract? I may be interested if that is the case.
@AdmiralD - I would be more than happy to sign a contract on the town. FYI - if you are meaning the official ownership town transfer, then how the fee is taken care of depends on how much I can get for the town - As I am selling it to help cover a debt. @eekelmo - Are you willing to work something out with us regarding this matter?
Thank you for your reply. I am looking forward to hearing from eek about this. As for the fee, I would pay the transfer fee at sometime in the future, it is just being able to "technically" own the town is why I need eek to agree since he is the owner I believe.
Okay, I appreciate and respect that notion. I do believe that you are correct, I'm pretty sure that original ownership was transferred to Eekelmo from RagMan. I could be mistaken there, but I think that's the case. If Eek agrees to help us on this, how much do you think you'd be willing to offer for the town?
Well @ArisenBatman - there is the answer for now anyway. While I have absolutely no respect for @eekelmo for his actions on the server a few minutes ago, I still respect his wishes and will not be purchasing Monopoly until it becomes available for town claim. I am sorry we could not work this out at this time and I wish I could help you out as you have helped so many others.

The only official town transfer that has taken place between them was to eekelmo, I'm pretty sure.. Yes, by contract Aqqel is the owner, but he doesn't have official ownership.
@MCHelix3000 - I'm afraid that offer is a little low for me. I have received an unofficial offer of 150k from @KvBillo and I also know that @AdmiralD is interested. In my head I believe I should be able to get 200-250k for the town, so that's what I'm looking for, however, I am willing to negotiate. Also, an update on the town - The users that would have an active say in the transfer of this town (which you can find in the links above) are all permabanned. Any transaction taking place with this town should now be a little smoother because of this - The status of these bans can be confirmed by staff via a private message. Thanks for your interest!
I am sorry AB but this would require a town claim, not just a transfer per nicit and I have none available so I am unable to make an offer at this time. I wish you the best of luck in selling and really hope the next owner does not destroy this landmark which is really the only reason I wanted to buy it.
