If you use Speed II potions and a proper method I'm sure you can make $20k in 2 hours if not a little less.
Okay well i recently gave out a loan that hasnt been repaid if the user pays me back [ill be buying fly] then ill buy some perms. If the user does not pay me back i may still purchase the perms but ill have to have a think about it. Thanks for your time
No problem! Also now that you mention you're getting Fly I gotta tell you Pumpkin Farming is WAY easier and convenient using it, so it would be a big advantage in your favor.
I will probably buy perms. Pm me in game, and theres a possibility that I might do a payment plan since i dont have 25k on me right now. I have 10k, and willing to pay that up front, then farm for the other 15k.

I want to suggest something to make the farm better. Adding Lift signs or ladder in all the 4 corners, in this way people won't have to go back to go to another floor. If you want I can add the ladders in a moment
