No contract needed on my end. We meet in game, we will ask a moderator if they will be intermediary, you /pay them, when they acknowledge receipt of the money I will buy your feature. Once the feature is purchased, the intermediary will /pay me the money you paid them, easily done. I've bought features for many players over the past year.

I have recently increased my rates only because of the high demand and my dwindling funds. Please do not troll the thread (or me in game), I know the price is high, but it's easy to just NOT buy from me. Complaining about it will not change my mind.

I will take trade for /own-ership of star tools and towns at the following rates (regardless of what's in the town):

If you are a resident about to rank up for mayor and you give me your town (which YOU pay for with the name and coordinates I give you) will value at $90,000, this process must go through forum contract so will take more time.

Meh, I don't NEED the money at the moment but am willing to sell...just selling at a ridiculously high rate at the moment. When I need the money I'll lower it back to 10/usd...but until such time, I'll leave at high rate and just not "bump" the thread again until i lower it back down.
