I see a lot of people selling levels of experience and store signs selling it. How does that work? I searched on here but found nothing describing anything about it. Is it a potion? Is it something you find?

exp that we are talking about is the exp that is indicated in the bar at the bottom of your screen and the level associated with that. Also, people don't sell levels, they sell xp I think it takes like 1000 xp to get to level 23 or something. The reason we do it this way is because not all levels take the same amount of xp to get too. You need to get a lot more xp to go from 49 to 50 than from 1 to 2.

I do understand that what I'm saying is I see all the time "selling 50 levles of xp" how do they sell it? I get up to 20-30 and enchant something and use it, is there a way I could sell this xp?

You can put exp in a trade sign just like any other item.

Here is an example if I want to SELL 25 exp for $25 and I have currently have 1200 exp on me that I want to sell.

    [Trade]
    $25
    25 exp:1200

Or if I want to buy XP from people, and I'm willing to pay $25 for every 25 exp:

    [Trade]
    25 exp
    $25:5000

The 5000 is the amount of your money you are putting in the sign to pay people when they click on it.

Thank you I now understand that part. So when someone says they are selling 50 levels or exp they are probably level 50 and once a deal is struck they will make a sign with the exp and the other user will come and click that sign? I was under the impression there was an xp potion they had brewed or something to that nature.

There IS an exp potion, but its impossible to obtain unless in creative mode.
