Im looking for little upfront with payment plan or payment plans with nothing upfront. Not selling it for fully upfront.
I work it out 500 per star which = 300k worth of stars and 400k on a plan = 700k For this amount upfront I would be looking at around 900k-950k total..
Maybe meet in the middle? 100k per week for 10 weeks = 1mil total. Nothing upfront. Thats the lowest I will go and I can do it right now @David_Torento
Lol its a different pick Im selling because Im getting ownership of urs. Im also keeping ownership of any tools i payment plan out.
Well why not just sell the pick back to me with the deal you offered David? Just write up a contract allowing me to keep ownership of the pick and having me pay you 100k a week for 10 weeks. I have a perfect loan record and have completed deals with you in the past which for me at least establishes a certain trust. I have $700 usd in features, am an ecoleader, and can provide references for 3 large scale loans such as a deal like this.
