Occasionally I see Mayors or Presidents offering to buy someone their Mayor status if they will give them sole ownership of the town. I have often applied to these things but have never been accepted. So instead of waiting for someone to make this offer, I will make it instead. Here is how it will work:

1. You pick out a nice area for your next town and set up the sign posts (as if you were going to be applying for a new town)

2. You pay me 85k so I can buy Mayor and get the town with it

3. I add you as Co-Mayor and hand over entire control of the town

Why am I doing this?
I have no desire to run a town of my own. However, I do want the trust and respect that comes with having the Mayor tag. And it saves you money! Additional towns are expensive. Why spend all that money when you could get another town for just 85k?

Before purchasing, keep in mind that I will technically be the owner of this town. If you wish to purchase additions to your town (like a portal), you will need to go through me so I can fill out an application. Please let me know if you're interested!
