I own a house on a 22x22 plot and a farm on a 24x22 plot in the town of welch. The town has a portal and is a pretty nice town. The house has a big living room, 3 1st floor rooms, and 2 storage towers with 2 floors. The farm has 5 floors of cocoa beans and 1 floor of potatoes. I just used the potatoes to cook and eat. I am looking to get $15,ooo for the house and $10,000 for the farm. I would sell both of them together for $20,000. You can still add more floors to the farm also! I am willing to take offers and give a tour of the house and farm. The town portal is on "Towns 5" floor straight back on the yellow row to the right.
