Y'all need to chill out, you can offer what you want, respectfully, and the seller can deny any offer, respectfully. There is no need for any of this extra nonsense, and it just needs to stop now. d_face listing the reasons why he doesn't think the towns are worth 700k is fine, could have done it in a bit better way but him doing it was fine. Just offer what you think it is worth and leave it at that.-
