700k is a lot you should take that. If you lower it let me know. When do you need to sell it by?

 

Im just asking but why does it being "close to spawn" If it is not against spawn. I dont see why it should cost more because its "close" to spawn.

 

The demand dictates the price.

It sounds like no one is on the level you are about these towns. Either lower your price or sell them for that amazing 700k offer you said you had.

 

I sold my 3 towns near spawn for 1m lol but mine where flat urs isnt if u get a 600k or so offer sell them it will never be worth more unless they are flattened. Also main north wont do a thing to prices on main u still spawn in main first dont think main north will be used much after a while.

 

I love how these always become a shit show when someone needs ECD and it’s public..

If you don’t like the price or have an offer GTFO!

I hope you get what you need @block_crusher. Good luck. I would offer but I have more then enough with my towns. If you get in too much of a jam and don’t want to get too desperate let me know I will float you what I can, although I’m not on much currently.

 

I'm with @ajp79. Block, you've always been a stand-up member of the ECC society. Your old shop at Station3 helped me make some serious money in the past and I used to frequent your shop at Izu quite a bit as well. If I had $700k, I'd buy your towns and hold them for you until you could afford to buy them back. Unfortunately, I just spent $600k on features and I'm only sitting on about $100k rn. Let me know if I can help you avoid some interest payments.

 

He said he has a 700k offer, and I won't offer higher. It looks like no one else will either. I'm saying it's BS.

I'm willing to offer on the town if he'll be realistic with his valuation.

I could give him 700k and not even take his towns so saying it is BS just proves my point. That and I don’t recall a time when block would BS an offer even if most would.
