    For Sale: 200x200 Legacy Town on ocean



    Information:
    1. The cost is 50k
    2. Willing to do a contract
    3. Town is in legacy
    4. There will be a small wait. I will need 35k (I have 10k) more ecodollars to get mayor so I can add you as a town owner.
    5. All water will be filled in by 7/2/14 by me or paid builders.
    6. NO payment plans!
    7. You will not have to pay your 50k until I have my 35k saved up for mayor.
    8. All lwc's and buildings will be removed before you have to pay, OR I can leave the buildings. There is a 3 story house, cocobean farm (small), and a few other buildings. Your choice.

    Leave a reply if you are interested. Please note: Negotiating the 50k lower will result in a longer wait time.

    The town name is Llamaland. Not the best name, but no one looks at it :)

    @dAtsheepd0e - a few questions:
    1. Do you have a contract or screenshot documentation from your purchase of the town?
    2. Will you handle the eviction of current members of the town?
    3. Do you know if the original owner is still active on the server (for the purposes of contacting for town applications?)
