I am selling 2 side by side towns in the legacy world. I am the original owner of these towns so if you need additional features for them it will be easy for you to get them, you would just need to pay me the money and I'd apply. They are both ocean towns and one is fully placed with dirt, one is about 20% done. The town with 100% dirt placed has a few structures and a 5x5 town portal located near the middle of the town, it also has the interact flag set to deny. The 2nd town has a small farm layout.
The price I am looking for is 75k for the 100% dirt placed town with portal
and
40k for the 20% placed town
but if you buy both at once I'll take the price down to 100k (15k discount)
