A set of buy signs will be located in my town of Kaida.
For those with TP++ the co-ords are: -4881 3965.
For those without TP++, the town of Maerimydra (Portal Floor 2, Stone Quarter, Diamond Ring) is the closest location, with signs already placed to direct you.
As of 04/06/14 the following materials are being sought (anything is bold is direly needed), including the price I am purchasing it at:

Granite - $16/stack
Diorite - $16/stack

The signs you've set up to purchase granite and diorite with are actually buying glowstone and netherrack, respectively. For some reason, it turns out "gstone" applies to both glowstone and granite, and "dstone" applies to both netherrack and diorite.

How odd. I used /itemdb to tell me the item names when I was creating the signs. I will go and edit those now in order to buy the correct items.
