Brief Description:
I'm doing a job where I am placing dirt, so I am looking down placing dirt under me as I walk along, when I hit a wall a player's name will appear and disappear in a split second. It's like someone is in front of me, but I'm up against a wall and it's so fast I can't catch the name or a screenshot.

Instructions:
Build a wall.
Walk while holding your sneak key.
Placing 2 layers of dirt under you.
Hit wall.
See a player's name flash for just a second.

How many times did you recreate this bug?:
It doesn't happen every single time I hit a wall, but it's happened pretty much 50+ times to me between today and yesterday.

Result:
I see a player's name and think someone is there, it appears in white across the top of my Minecraft window, but no one is there.

Expected Result:
I guess not to see a ghost player's name.
I know some time ago, I think the anti-cheat caused people to see a player for a second when they looked up. I'm sure that issue was fixed. I'm not sure if it's the same thing or why the ghost players are in walls now. It doesn't cause any harm, just scares the crap out of me from time to time, lol. Just bringing it up so it's known this is happening.

Sadly, I tried to get a screenshot, but it happens so fast it's impossible. If someone else is able to get a screenshot of this happening to them, please post it in here. :)
