    General Purpose of Contract:
    selling/trading a star picaxe named cry baby to @SwampAss04

    I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
    i @romper83273 will give @SwampAss04 star pic named crybaby (eff7 unbreaking 3 silktouch 1)
    (IBILZ1G8 item unique ID romper83273 49a6c326-627b-43f5-98b9-8271483d31af)
    when he hands me 508 nstars within 2 days of the contract approval then when he pays me the remaning 525k due by nov 1st 2015 i will unclaime the pic and allow him to claime it as his own with in three days of recieving the 525k
    The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
    @SwampAss04 will hand @romper83273 508 nstars before i get the star picaxe eff7 unbreak 3 silk 1)
    and will pay her 525k before nov 1st 2015 then i can claim it as my own
    I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

    @romper83273 You need to make a few changes to your contract.
    1. You need to include the item ID from /own of the pickaxe (Please don't post a screenshot, write it out).
    2.You need to specify when you will transfer the ownership of the tool using /own.
    3.You need to specify a time frame for when @SwampAss04 will give you the netherstars and when you will transfer the ownership of the pickaxe.

    For example, "@SwampAss04 will give @romper83273 508 netherstar within 24 hours of contract approval. Within 5 minutes of @romper83273 receives 508 netherstars from @SwampAss04, @romper83273 will transfer the ownership of the star pickaxe (efficiency 7, unbreaking 3, silktouch 1) with the ID of #xxxxxxxx to @SwampAss04 ".

    After you have made these changes you will need to get @SwampAss04 to resign the contract.

    @SwampAss04 You need to tag yourself when using the contract agreement form.
