General Purpose of Contract:
Sale of Randomtownname (town ) between @Glimpseseer (Current Owner) and @geologisthate (Future Owner).

I @Glimpseseer agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

For the total sum of $50,000 ECD the town "Randomtownname" will be sold to @geologisthate provided the following terms are met and agreed upon:

• 1) An initial down-payment of $10,000 ECD will be received by @Glimpseseer and,
• 2) Upon receipt of the $10,000 ECD, @geologisthate will receive "Co-Ownership" of Randomtownname until the remaining $40,000 ECD is paid to @Glimpseseer by method of sign payments at ~X: -10339 Y: 69 Z: 5711 by the specified date of November 19, 2015. In effect giving @geologisthate 11 days to complete payment.
• 3) If full payment has not been received by above specified date, randomtownname will be relinquished back to full ownership of @Glimpseseer who will retain the inital $10,000 ECD down-payment.
• 4) If full payment is received by mentioned date, @Glimpseseer will give full ownership of Randomtownname to @geologisthate.
• 5) During the time period between November 7, 2015 and November 19, 2015 @Glimpseseer may remove LWC's within the town region pertaining to the Eviction notice posted November 1, 2015 and, @geologisthate may add and control the town as though it were their own. In addition, @Glimpseseer may continue to edit/clear the town of un-needed buildings.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
1) Pay an initial $10,000 Downpayment
2) Pay a remaining $40,000 Over the course of 11 days as stated above.
3) Relinquish the downpayment and the town back to @Glimpseseer should the full payment not be received.
4) Obtain full ownership of town after full payment to @Glimpseseer.
5) Allow @Glimpseseer to remove LWC's and buildings in regards to the Eviction Notice above.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
