@CoalMiner4life will give Magic Sword (#KFO3STHH) to @Skaisimmer and @Skaisimmer agrees to pay 110,000,000 ECD to @CoalMiner4life , within 8 weeks (72 days) of this contract being approved


@Skaisimmer will pay in full 110,000,000 ecd to @CoalMiner4life by 16th of december 2020
When paid in full @CoalMiner4life will transfer the /own of the item to @Skaisimmer

@Skaisimmer will make weekly payments of 13.75mil ECD to @CoalMiner4life by 12pm wednesday EST via a chestchop at X:-12348 Y: 67 Z: 4553 on main rising world

If @Skaisimmer doesn't pay a payment on time (12pm wednesday EST) @Skaisimmer will pay 250,000ecd late fee due by the next payment.

If the Magic Sword (#KFO3STHH) is broken or lost, @Skaisimmer is required to complete all remaining payments to @CoalMiner4life

if @Skaisimmer misses 2 payments in a row @CoalMiner4life can contact an SA and re-claim the Magic Sword(#KFO3STHH). But @CoalMiner4life understands he cannot re-claim the tool under any other circumstance (other than default)

if @CoalMiner4life successfully reclaims the tool, @Skaisimmer is not eligible to receive any refund of previous payments, and @CoalMiner4life will not file a complaint against @Skaisimmer
