Terms of the contract:
Sale is for 1 Magic Bone #LSUYPJ8L

cjmk75 will /own the item until payments are complete

@taddortot is expected to make a total of 22 million ECD in payments at a chest shop at /warp station4.

The chest shop will have (11) 2,000,000 payments in the form of dirt. Chest Shop is located at -9295 275 8727

The expected timeline for payments are as follows:

Every Friday by 11:59pm EST from 2/23/2024 - 05/03/2024 one payment should be made to the chest shop at /warp station4
Payments made in advance of the weekly payments are always encouraged.

Any missed payments for the week will result in an additional 100,000 per day owed up to 700,000 total.

If @cjmk75 does not renew his shop and the payment chestshop gets wiped, the remaining amount owing from @taddortot will be considered payed off.

@cjmk75 does reserve the right to file a report should any payments be late when hitting the 700,000 total without given sufficient notice.

Edited contract to add that if I loose my shop from not renewing it that the remaining balance owing from @taddortot will be considered payed off.
