Terms of the Contract:

• I will transfer ownership of Magic Axe L1, ID: #KKE7HQ8N to @JRigz within 24 hours of approval of this contract.

• @JRigz will transfer 6,000,000 ECD to @kkha via either forum payment or /pay in-game before 31st March 2021.
  
• If the tool is not fully paid at 31st March 2021, @kkha will add a late fee on 500,000 ECD per day, for 3 days, if the tool is still not paid, @kkha will ask a SA to reclaim the tool, and no complaint will be filed against @JRigz .
• If the tool is destroyed, or in any ways lost, and cant be reclaimed, @JRigz will need to fullfill the payment, or there will be filed a complaint against him.
