General Purpose of Contract: Sale of L1 Magic Rod

Sale of a L1 Magic Rod (#LKT6AU9W) for a total of $8,500,000 ECD

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

I @coow_coow will give @0TheRedHerring0 the L1 Magic Rod (#LKT6AU9W) upon their agreement and approval of this contract. The Own will be Transfered to @0TheRedHerring0 when the contract is paid in Full.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

@0TheRedHerring0 will pay @coow_coow $1,000,000 per week starting on the 4/08/2023 (Dates written in Uk format) . Payments will be completed at a chest shop located at /warp coow on Main at -1176 -48 1192. @0TheRedHerring0 will make a weekly payment of 1,000,000 every Friday for 8 weeks and the 9th week a 500k payment - buying a total of 17 dirt for 500k Per to make a total payment of 8.5m ECD - complete payment in full by 11:59 PM EST on the due date of the 29th of September 2023

If @0TheRedHerring0 fails to complete the payment by the due date, (29th of september) a 1 week grace period will be given after which the L1 Magic Rod must be returned back to @coow_coow unless otherwise agreed in advanced, if a weekly payment is missed there will be no sanctions or intrest - providing payment is made in full by the 29th of September

If payment is not completed in full by 11:59 PM EST by the due date of September the 29th ( taking 1 weeks grace period into account), the contract will be considered violated, and a complaint may be filed and the rod Returned. (the 1 week late payment grace period date will fall on the 6th of october 2023)
